3. Purpose and basis of processing personal data

The processing of personal data is based on Altacam’s legitimate interest, obligation, contract, or other connection that can be deduced from the above criteria.

The personal information collected is used to process, maintain, manage and develop the customer relationship, to deliver, analyze and compile services and products. In addition, the information may be used for direct marketing of Altacam (including newsletter subscription). The information may also be used to plan and develop Altacam’s business and services.

Customer data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent, or to implement a contract with the customer.

4. Information content of the register

The register contains the following personal information about corporate customers:

Company name and Business ID, basic and contact information of the contact person such as name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number, customer history, customer feedback and contacts, direct marketing prohibitions and any other information necessary for the purpose of the register.

 

5. Retention of information

The information collected in the register shall be kept only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data are used.

6. Regular sources of information 

The information in the register is collected from the customer himself or herself from the information received in connection with concluding an agreement or in connection with other transactions. Within the limits of applicable law, personal data may also be collected and updated from publicly available sources such as the population register, the credit register and other similar public and private registers.

7. Regular data transfers and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area

The information is not regularly disclosed outside the company. Personal data contained in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

8. Use of Cookies

We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to a user’s computer and stored there, which allows the webmaster to identify visitors who visit the site frequently, as well as to enable the generation of aggregated information about the visitors. The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. He also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her previous consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of his or her personal data.

The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.
